Title: Process Lead

 

 

In the entire Order-to-Cash cycle, Order Management is a core activity which requires multi tasking skills, integrating with other functions in the OtC cycle and provide top quality service to our end customers. Sustainability is the key to business and CSD function forms the vital link between business and our customers.

 

 

You will be responsible for:

You will be responsible for:

 

You will be responsible to provide effective demand servicing to customers. Ensure effective communication to customers (internal /external ) on status of supply and availability of material.

 

1) Sales order management.

Sales order processing (create, change, reject) of all order types.

Responsible for CSD activities

Close interaction with Business Support, Affiliates and Agents

GSR process handling / Handling L/C orders / Sample order processing

Periodic review of pending orders and co-ordinate with BU for suitable action.

 

2) Order fulfillment.

Delivery processing.

Allocate batches with restricted quality.

Resolve blocks in delivery.

Monitor post goods issue.

Create reservation.

Rescheduling and monitor back-order process.

 

3) Customer /Business support.

Handling documentation requests.

Handling availability requests.

Providing feedback on order status.

Handling customer master data elements.

Complaint management.

Support payment collections.

Invoice creation.

 

4) Service level agreements.

Achieve 100% delivery performance with  key customers.

Meeting c-OTIF and e-OTIF targets.

Responding to customers on complaints and their resolution.

 

5) Complaint handling.

Capture customer complaints / complaint notifications in QNS system.

To initiate QNS process against customer returns for wrong supplies / Wrong Price / Logistic issue.

Arrange to issue debit/credit note to customer.

 

6) Coordination with stakeholders.

Communicate with customers (internal/external), Affiliates, Transport, Order Fulfiller, Credit Management.

Feed back to the customer, OC /Dispatch information, Status of the order.

Block/Unblock & Reservation of materials as per forcast from customer /Marketing needs.

 

7) ISO compliance.

Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines as per ISO.

Implementation of quality management guidelines governed by SOP’s & WI’s / work towards continuous improvement.

 

 

What We Are Looking For a person with the following attributes:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in related field.

5-10 years relevant experience in Customer Service, preferably order management function.

SAP SD module experience required.

Quality experience in operational order execution and good understanding of the OTC process.

Handling overseas customers will be an additional asset.
