A clear interview process
Recruiter Interview
A recruiter or someone within HR will call you. He/ she will explain the role and the setup and ask you questions related to your background, the role you applied for and what qualifies you for working with Heubach.
Hiring Manager Interview
Your future manager will talk to you. He/ she will go into more details on the role. You will be asked more detailed questions on your experience and what skills you possess.
Psycometric Test
Depending on the job you have applied for, you may be asked to submit further information. This might be in form of an online tests that helps us to determine your suitability for the position. You can usually complete this test online and it takes no more than 1 hour.
Final Interview
Also depending on the role you applied for, the number of interviews might vary. We try to conduct not more than three interviews with you in order to move as speedy as possible and make sure you have a good experience.
