Working at Heubach means being accountable for your work. We focus on output, achievement and delivering for our customers. We take ownership, making sure our customers are able to deploy the best available pigment technologies. We collaborate with speed, working with and support them in getting their issues resolved. We fix issues for the good of the company.

As a professional you might work on developing new applications for our clients together with your colleagues in India, Germany, and Brazil. You might form part of a cross functional team to improve core processes for our customers. Or you might collaborate to win new projects with one of our global customers, or try to find new supplier for our raw materials.

Early Careers

We employ roughly 90 apprentices in our two sites in Germany and hire usually around 30 new apprentices per year. As a fresh university graduate you might start in Graduate Sales Program in Japan or support our Plant Managers in our sites in Germany or India. We have many opportunities and we are always seeking talented people to join our company.
