Leadership
Heubach is a group of companies that is steered by an Executive Committee. It is responsible for implementing the coordinated corporate strategy and driving the business. The Executive Committee consists of three members with cross-company functions and four presidents of the business units, namely for organics products, inorganics products and preparations.
Since the merger of Heubach and the global pigments division of Clariant AG in 2022, SK Capital, a U.S.-based private investment company with a focus on the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors, has been the company’s majority shareholder. Part of the group of companies is a company listed on the Mumbai Stock Exchange, which has a separate Board of Directors that is not identical to the Executive Committee of the entire group.
