NEW NAME, NEW ORDER, NEW INVOICE

With effect of 3 January 2022, Heubach AG completed the sale of its global Pigments business (“Clariant Pigments”) to a consortium of Heubach Group, a global producer of pigments and SK Capital Partners, a private investment fund focused on the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors. Heubach retains a 20% stake in the new combined business comprising Heubach Group and Heubach Pigments.

The new combined business is operating under the Heubach brand. In order to reflect the new ownership structure, all former Heubach Pigments affiliates are in process of being renamed to include the Heubach name in their new company name.

We would therefore like to inform you, that the current legacy Colorants companies will be renamed as specified in PDF document and Dynamic Country Selector below.

.All other key data, i.e. address, management, bank account numbers, tax and other regulatory registration data remain unchanged.

We would kindly ask you to update your master data on our company accordingly and use our new company name in all correspondence, orders or invoices from 1 October, 2022 / 1 November, 2022.
